Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use assets within your own project. Ownership is not transferred.
DEV products may be used in commercial projects but may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred without permission.
All purchases are final. Chargebacks or disputes without prior contact may result in termination of access and licences.
Refunds are not guaranteed due to the digital nature of our products, except where required by law or in cases of proven fault.
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend licences in cases of misuse, redistribution, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, or service interruption arising from use of our Services.
We may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
